MEETING PACKAGES

Your participation at the event is via a meeting package, not a conventional exhibition stand or booth. These meetings are the heartbeat of the event, offering a tailored environment for buyers and exhibitors to connect and explore business possibilities. You will have up to 38 pre-scheduled meetings over the 3 days, all meticulously managed by our meetings team. 

New for 2025, is the inclusion of two additional meeting slots in the schedule and two exhibitor badges within the meeting package.

Please note that there is no refund should the second badge not be used.

HOSTED BUYER EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES

  • We know many of our exhibitors value the opportunity to host these fantastic operators and agents at your properties and / or show them your ground handling expertise
  • As an 'all Africa' event, these fam trips are open to exhibitors from across Africa to host the buyers in your special part of the continent.
  • Our exhibitors know Africa best. You will be able to manage your fam trips directly with the hosted buyers, working within the event guidelines.
  • This year we will add a listing on our website of all exhibitors offering potential fam trips, buyers will be able to make contact directly in order for you to assess the value of their hosting and what would be suitable on a tailor-made approach.
