For Main Diary Holders

As the main diary holder for your organisation, you have access to the full Exhibitor Portal. From here, you can:

  • Manage and update your exhibitor participation details

  • Request additional exhibitor delegates (where applicable)

  • Upload marketing content and collateral requested by the organisers

  • Review hotel accommodation options

  • Request Letters of Invitation to support visa or travel applications

Please ensure all requested information is completed by the relevant deadlines to support smooth event planning and diary scheduling.

For Additional Exhibitor Delegates

Additional exhibitor delegates do not have access to the full Exhibitor Portal.

However, using the links provided, you can:

  • View hotel accommodation options - this link will be accessible in the coming weeks.

  • Request Letters of Invitation to support visa or travel applications:
